George Ford co-founded Seabreeze Building to fill the need for a “best in class” construction business

George, a native of North Palm Beach, graduated from St. Andrews High School and received a B.S. Degree from Vanderbilt University. George is a licensed Residential Building Contractor in the state of Florida. served the Florida Secretary of Labor and the Florida Speaker of the House in matters relating to workers' compensation. George has received numerous recognitions for his civic leadership including the Nancy Graham Orchid Award for community service and the National Government Affairs Award presented by the Painting & Decorating Contractors of America.

Pete hineman,

co-founder

Pete Hineman has justly earned a reputation of excellence among the elite during the course of three decades managing and building homes in Palm Beach. He has proven to be an outlier not only in his irreproachable work ethic but his ability to creatively think outside of the box to overcome the very unique challenges common to high-end architecture.

Pete’s immeasurable knowledge in all aspects of the construction industry was generated through personal hands-on field experience. His innate leadership skills and unwavering attention to detail rapidly elevated him through the ranks.

Meghan FORD Taylor,

ARCHITECT & PROJECT MANAGER

Since joining the Seabreeze Building team, Meghan has overseen the construction and design of several of the company’s most significant projects. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University, Meghan was accepted into the Master of Architecture program at the Georgia Institute of Technology. While enrolled at Georgia Tech, Meghan interned at one Atlanta’s most prestigious Architecture firms.

Upon graduation, Meghan was hired as an architect at the elite New York City firm, Robert Couturier Inc., where she managed several multi-million dollar residential projects. After successfully assisting on the design for the most expensive transaction in the history of New York at the time, the native Floridian moved home, joining the company in 2015.
